I have been growing Kewa salsoloides and Kewa bowkeriana (family Kewaceae) since last year. Has anyone else had experience growing this family?
Fragrant flowers, 2½ petals, very easy to grow.
I wrote a long blog article about it with many pictures (bigger than I can post here). Sorry, only in ...

Re: Stapeliad Journal Nr. 3
An excellent read and some spectacular photos. Very useful articles on flora structure and hardiness of various species.
I would comment that some wild populations of Frerea indica are still producing seed and seedlings. Not all populations have lost their pollinators. The plant is also the target ...

Stapelia x berlinensis
Somebody on the British Cactus and Succulent Forum has just flowered a specimen of Stapelia x berlinensis . It looks rather fine.

Hoodia
Can anyone tell me the identity of this Hoodia? It does not seem to match any species or subspecies I can find. I bought it from Uhlig Kakteen as Trichocaulon flavum . It is clearly not Hoodia flava . I am hoping it is a hybrid of two subspecies of Hoodia pilifera .
